TOP 10 GREAT GOLF PICTURES OF 2015
We would like to end 2015 with a list of our top 10 Golf Resort pictures featured in Great Golf Magazine.While many stunning locations visited during 2015 could easily have been included, we can only go by the pictures that are available to us. But that does not detract from the fact that each and every Resort/Course featured is deservedly a winner.
NO 1. WE-KO-PA CHOLLA COURSE - SCOTTSDALE USA
The Number 1 spot for 2015 has to go to the We Ko Pa Cholla Course in Scottsdale Arizona USA. Our team were impressed with just how photogenic the course is.
Given the timeline of when golf first arrived in the Scottsdale area in 1920, We-Ko-Pa has been the relatively new kid in town since the Cholla Course (designed by Scott Miller) was added to the landscape in 2001. It was immediately recognized by Sports Illustrated as one of the ‘Top 10 New Golf Courses in the World’.

What a picture! Scotland is always going to feature somewhere with so many good courses.Royal Troon is preparing for its turn in the spotlight when it hosts the Open Championship in 2016. The course is being adjusted, tweaked and re-jigged to meet the R&A’s exacting standards.
NO 5. THE HILLS - NEW ZEALAND
Epic golf where bare rocks bank against smooth greens and long, flowing grasses define meticulously cut fairways. Add in the occasional sculpture, framed by the dramatic landscape, and you have a very special place indeed.
NO 6. BLACK MOUNTAIN - THAILAND
Hua Hin is home to Thailand's oldest golf course, The Royal Hua Hin, and the area boasts over 11 courses, including the award-winning Banyan Golf Resort, Springfield and Majestic Creek. However, the one course everyone always wants to play here is Black Mountain.

NO 8. THE ALCANADA GOLF CLUB - MALLORCA
A trip to Mallorca without a round of golf at Alcanada would be like going to Rome and not visiting the Coliseum. Set on a peninsula near Alcudia, this 18 -hole course has it all: mountains, sea and some stunning holes.
NO 9. HUALALAI GOLF COURSE - HAWAII
As the Champions Tour pros find out every January when Hualalai hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship, there’s more to this resort than all its pampering amenities.Every hole at Hualalai is appended by an ocean view with the best sightings saved for the last three holes.
NO 10. CHAMPAGNE SPORTS RESORT - SOUTH AFRICA
